A bit about me
I’m Ane - Tech coach & Tech Lead trainer
I have been in tech for 10+ years playing different roles: Software Engineer, Software Consultant, Tech Lead, Product Director, coach, mentor.
Three years ago I became a Tech Career Coach (EMCC certified) using my experience to help people from underrepresented groups get into tech.
For the past year, I have been focusing on training and coaching Tech Leads to level up their game and build high performing teams.
Since then, I have trained more than 100 Tech Leads in cohort based courses combined with 1-1 support and coaching.
I now plan to share all my learnings and experience gained in this process to help you level up your Tech Leadership skills.
